Watched Prince Caspian. IT WAS AWESOME!

Bonjourno!

Yesterday was the best Friday I've had in a LONG time! Relaxing, fun, sunny! The weather was perfect; sunny, warm, breezy. I got out of two classes early, and one of my roommates and I went and watched Prince Caspian. AWESOME MOVIE! I can't wait until it comes out on DVD and I can see it again. The tulips are blooming, the trees are budding, the air is warming, and I've had too much sugar. (we arrived to our show time for PC and it was sold out, so we went to Cold Stones while we waited. Icecream deliciouso!)

Yeah, well it's now Saturday and I've got to finish all the homework I DIDN'T do yesterday. Funny how one day makes up for the last. Well it's still beautiful outside and I've had a full night's sleep, so we'll see how the day goes from here.

Alma 42

Hey loves. So it's 3 minutes to midnight, but I (by an accident) got to sleep in this morning, so it's not so bad. Right?

The fact of the matter is that I'm watching National Treasure 2 online, and it's taking a while to load. So I'm using the spare time to talk to you's peoples.

Ok, so here's another piece of interestingness that I thought I'd share. We've been studying Alma 42 in BoM class the last few days, and along with it we've been studying the topic of Resurrection. How there are two spiritual deaths. The one from Adam's fall, that had him, and thus all of mankind, cut off from the presence of God. And then the kind that can happen at judgement day if we are unclean. Oh, and of course there's temporal death as well. How when we die, our spirits don't go anywhere. We stay here. On Earth, as Earth is where the spirit world is located due to the fact that it is destined to be turned into the Celestial Kingdom. But we cannot see the spirit world, and they cannot see us--unless granted special and necessary permission. And how EVERYONE will be resurrected and eventually brought into the presence of God (only the clean can enter the KINGDOM of God, but ALL will be brought before his presence after resurrection.). How when we are resurrected we will be brought back into perfect reformation of how we looked when we died. All our scars, all our disformaties. Why? Because our thoughts, our sins, our lives are written into every bone and sinew of our bodies and will be witness of our cleanliness. Only after we are found worthy will we enter into the Kingdom where we will grow and gradually our bodies will change and become perfected, even to the stature of our spirits. Our bodies will grow into our spirits. And then we will be physically perfect. We will not be so immediately after resurrection.

Ok. I think that's enough for tonight. If you want more info, read Alma 42 or e-mail me and I'll send you some of the scripture (including teachings of JS and BY) references.

Bonsoir, mes amis!

Scatterbraineded

The best definition for me yesterday: Scatterbrained.
To the tee!

So I woke up early. About an hour early. I reset my alarm and woke up and hour late. So I missed my first class. I stayed on campus all day long so I didn't have any proper meals until after 5 pm. We went bowling for FHE and I was totally out of it the entire time. I totally was convinced that the cashier thought that I was some poor brainless idoit, and then driving home was quite an adventure. At least I didn't get lost. And then, somehow I cannot not explain, I left my keys in my ignition all night... and aparently left my car running too! What the? Seriously! I have NOOOOO clue!!! I think it must have been the lack of nutrients and liquids in my body. I for one, wasn't thinking straight, at all!!

Strawberry pie... hot steaming from the oven! With a mound of NY Vanillia Ice cream melting on top...

It's been sunny. And warm. To a point where all the trees on campus are sprouting leaves! (while the rest of the sane world has had leafy trees for the past three weeks, Rexburg, dear ol' Rexburg, JUST got into the act.) So yes, it's been Spring-like for the past week.

and then... TODAY IT SNOWED AGAIN!! It started by raining. Ok. That's very typical spring weather. BUT IT"S ALMOST MID MAY!! WHAT IS GOING ON??? IT"S CRAZY! I THINK SOMEONE ORDERED THE WRONG WEATHER!! WHO"S THE WEATHER MAN FOR THIS PART OF THE COUNTRY? I WANNA FIND HIM AND...

And like the drizzle of the outdoors, my ailments have turned to congestion and general bad-cold symtoms. Wait, where'd I leave my kleenex?!?! AAAHHH! Just kidding. But no, seriously!

Ok... so I Doctor Who plays tonight and it's a new Episode! I know, I know, I know.... I'm NOT the sort of person who's like "Oh no! My favorite TV show is playing! AAAH! My life will end if I don't get to watch my show!" No. Nothing like that. It's just that of all those popular TV shows (three forths of which are not even THAT great (CSI, I hate The Office... etc.)) Dr. Who is actually GOOD and worth while to watch. It is soooooooo much fun and exciting and different. It's unique and adventourous and one of those few shows that you feel IMPROVES your life and yourself. Like those classical really good ones: Horatio Horn Blower, or BBC shows. (wait, is Dr. Who BBC? Dunno.) Yeah. You get my point. I've just looked forward to it all week!

I really want ice cream right now. Spare me, but I do! Honestly! It's just something I'm craving. Raspberry flavored maybe.

Oh. FACT: For those of you who don't know me TOO well, I LOVE FRUIT. I just have something for good, ripe, fresh or in something fruit. More than chocolate (or how about with chocolate. Mmmm!) or sugar by FAR I love fruit. Strawberry pie... hot steaming from the oven! With a mound of NY Vanillia Icecream melting on top....... oh, I think I just might swoon.... he he he he he he! Ok ok ok. So i'll stop drooling on the computer keys and get back to reality.

Wait. No. Not reality. Try "Dr. Who, here I come!"

BOO-YEAH!!!!

So much for...

I've been workin' on the railroad, all the live long day....

No. Just kidding. Actually the only reason I went outside to day was towalk down a floor to come to the computer lab. So one of my roommates has stomach flu symtems. I got the fever, coughing, sneezing flu. I opted out of going to my early morning class, and when I finally woke up to go to work... I decided that that wouldn't be the brightest idea.

I got to watch the Scarlet Pimpernel last night. I love that movie! After the Princess Bride it's one of the most quotable movies.

I LOVE DOCTOR WHO

Today has been the first day in what feels like FOREVER when I got to semi-relax. It was nice. But even so, I can't get my body to sleep later than nine. I woke up this morning with "It had better be after 8, at LEAST, or I'm going to kick something" because I was soooooooooo determined to sleep in.

I LOVE DOCTOR WHO! (you: "Doctor who?")

I'm going to make a list of ten things I love. The first ten things that pop into my head.

1. I love long, warm showers.
2. I love computers for the awesome things they help us do.
3. I love family and home and that "I know. I understand. I think like, live like, like like you" that family members have that no one else does.
4. I love comfy beds and egg shell mattresses!!
5. I love good food. Tonight namely on my mind: Sea food, fruit, and milk.
6. I love good books! Live every adventure, every dream!
7. I love baggy/warm hoodies. The most comfortable thing possible to wear.
8. I love a sense of HUMOR.
9. I love chocolate.
10. I love BEING CREATIVE!

Yada Yada Blah Blah Blah

Good Evening World at large.

It snowed last night.

Yeah.

I'm sitting here with a big bowl of cereal, trying to catch up on all the meals I've missed today. It's really not too bad.

So this is my daily schedule. I wake up between six and seven every weekday. I go to class and try not to fall asleep. If it's Monday or Wednesday I don't go home until after 5 pm. Classes. If it's Tues/Thurs I go home about 4 pm. Work. Then I do homework and whatever else needs doing. I usually turn my lights out by midnight. By the end of the week, I'm just plain exhausted. But really, it's not too much to complain about. I still try and relax and have fun.

I grew up without television. We had a DVD/VCR yes, but that's it. So over the last few years I've seen a few shows and about narrowed my favorites to two. They are: Dr. Who (a British Sci Fi show. Very good! Very fun! Very big in Britain.) and Psych (a comedy/mystery series about a guy who pretends to be a psychic. He solves crimes and does both private and police cases. No, seriously! It's hilarous!). I've seen some other famous shows - American Idol, CSI, yada yada - but I honestly like Psych and Dr. Who a whole lot more. The channel that I like a lot? Well I really like the Discovery Channel!

Yeah, ok. Enough with the TV. Blah blah blah.

I'm feeling sorta brain dead and tired. So i'm going to sign off now. Hope y'all have a good 'un. (((((((sticks tongue out))))))))
